Hour-long bookings for the community hall.
A community hall booking sheet with the day in hour-long times that groups claim for themselves, with what it's for in the note. One page anyone can look at, instead of a paper calendar in a drawer.

- Start each dayA times sheet covers one day. For a week of bookings, use the shifts layout instead.
What helps
- Ask groups to say what the booking is for and how many people, so you can spot a problem.
- Groups that need two hours pick two in a row.
- Leave a gap between bookings for setting up, by taking a time off once the sheet is made.
- For regular bookings, like a weekly class, a shifts sheet with a row each week works better.
Something to send with the link
Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.
