What it costs

Free covers what most people need, for as long as they need it. The paid plans are for running things week after week: as many repeating things and shift schedules as you like, shifts published a year ahead, people who can help you manage, and your own link and colour.

Finishing the job is freeOn every plan you can close something, pick a time, contact everybody (including the people who never responded), ask the ones who haven't, and hear when somebody says they can't make it. You'll never have to pay for those.

Buying for a school or an organization?

Site, US$299 a year. Everything in Group, up to 25 people sharing the organizing, and an invoice you can put through a purchase order.

The accessibility report, the data-processing addendum and the security summary are public on every plan, including the free one. You don't have to buy anything to read them, or to send them to whoever is asking.

Schools, churches and registered charities get 50% off any plan.

What changes between plans

The table shows only what changes. Everything else is the same on every plan: the three kinds of page, spreadsheet and calendar downloads, messaging everybody who answered, asking the people you invited who haven't answered, swapping shifts, and the Discord and Slack apps.

Lists of people, repeating things and shift schedules need a free account, because they outlast the page you first made them for. Making a page, and answering one, never needs an account. New pages are counted per internet connection, which keeps junk off the site. On the free plan, a page nobody has answered is removed 30 days after it was made, or after a paid plan ended if that's later, unless its date is still to come.

The awkward questions

Is the free plan a trial?
No. The free plan doesn't end, so there's no trial to forget to cancel.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing anybody has answered is deleted that day. The credit comes back on your pages and the limits go back to the free ones. From then on the free plan's rules for keeping pages apply, and we email you before a page with answers on it is deleted.
Can I have my money back?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 30 days. After that, write to us and we'll be reasonable.
Is there a discount for schools and charities?
Half off, for schools, churches and registered charities. Write to us and we'll set it up.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, as the seller of record. They handle the card and the sales tax, and we never see a card number. The price you see includes tax.
