How to set it up

  1. Set the afternoonThe times run from 3:00 to 4:30 pm in ten minutes, one team each. Change the day, the hours, or make them fifteen minutes for longer demos.
  2. Say wherePut the room, or the call's address as plain text, in “Where”.
  3. Send the linkShare it with the team leads. “One sign-up each” is on, so each team takes one time.
  4. Publish the running orderYour private link lists every time and each team's note. Download it as a spreadsheet to share the order.

What helps

  • Ask each team to say what they're showing in the note, so you can group related demos.
  • Leave a time free in the middle for a break, or for whoever runs over.
  • Ten minutes is eight to talk and two for questions. Say so, and people plan for it.
  • Have teams sign up under the lead's name with the team in the note, since one person makes the booking.

Something to send with the link

Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.
