How to set it up

  1. Open your dayThe times run 9:00 to 5:00 in half-hours. Take off the times you're busy once it's made.
  2. Say wherePut your office, or your video call's address as plain text, in “Where”.
  3. Send the linkShare it with your team. “One sign-up each” is on, so each person books one time.
  4. PrepareYour private link shows each booking and its note, so you know what's coming.

What helps

  • Take off lunch and any meetings you already have before you share it.
  • Ask people to note what they'd like to cover. It makes thirty minutes go further.
  • For the next round, start a new sheet from this template so the day is right.
  • If you'd rather people didn't see each other's times, turn on “Hide other people's names”.

Something to send with the link

Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.

Questions people ask

Can I spread them over two days?
A times sheet covers one day. For a second day, make another sheet from this template and share both links.
Can people see who booked which time?
Yes, unless you turn on “Hide other people's names”. Then they see only which times are taken.
What if someone needs to move theirs?
They change it from the link in their confirmation email, and the old time opens up again.
