All-hands RSVP
A head count before you book the room.
An all-hands RSVP that gives you a number you can book a room and order coffee against, and collects questions for the Q&A while it's at it. People respond from one link without signing in to anything.

What's filled in for you

- All-hands
- Time
- 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
- Guests
- None. It's only the people you send it to.
- Question
- “Is there a question you'd like answered?”

An example
- 64 coming · 9 maybe · 7 can't
- Room for 16 more
- Priya · Sam · Alex · Jo · Chris
How to set it up
- Set the time and roomPick the date, check the times, and put the room in “Where”. For a hybrid meeting, add the call's address as plain text.
- Set the room sizeGuests are off, since it's for the people you invite. Set “Total room for” to the room's capacity if it's tight.
- Send the linkPost it in the company chat or the invitation email. Nobody needs an account.
- Collect the questionsAnswers to “Is there a question you'd like answered?” are in the spreadsheet on your private link, ready for the Q&A.
What helps
- Turn on “Hide who's coming” if you'd rather people didn't see who isn't.
- Set “Stop taking responses after” for the day you confirm catering.
- Questions sent ahead tend to be better than ones asked on the spot, and people who'd never ask aloud will write one down.
- Everyone who says yes or maybe and leaves an email gets a reminder the day before, by itself.
Something to send with the link
Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.
Questions people ask
- Are the questions anonymous?
- Each answer comes with the name the person typed, and only you and anybody helping you run the page see the questions. If you want anonymous questions, say people can type any name.
- Can people bring a guest?
- Not with this template, which turns guests off. Check “People can bring others” if you'd like to allow them.
- Can I see who hasn't answered?
- Under “Tell people something”, add the addresses of the people you invited, and you can ask the ones who haven't answered with one email each.
