Teacher appreciation week sign-up sheet
Something different each day, signed up for in advance.
A teacher appreciation week sign-up sheet with something for each day, from breakfast in the staff room on Monday to lunch for the staff on Friday. Families pick what they'd like to give, and the counts keep it from turning into five coffees and no lunch.

How to set it up
- Plan the weekIt starts with something for each day. Swap any of them for what suits your school, and change how many people each needs.
- Find out what they'd likeAsk the teacher, or the office, for a wish list and anything they can't eat. Put it in the description, or a link to the list as plain text.
- Send the linkShare it with families a week or two ahead. Nobody needs an account, and the page works on any phone.
- Thank the helpers“Tell people something” on your private link emails everyone who signed up and left an address, which is handy for a reminder or a thank-you.
What helps
- A card or a drawing from each child costs nothing and is often what teachers keep. Mention it in the description alongside the sign-ups.
- Ask about the staff room before planning a breakfast or lunch: how many people, whether there's a fridge, and when they'd eat.
- Gift cards are easy to give and easy to use. If families would rather give one, say who's collecting them.
- In the US, Teacher Appreciation Week is usually the first full week of May. Plenty of schools pick their own week, so check yours.

Questions people ask
- Can families give something that isn't on the list?
- Yes. Add a row for it from your private link, or ask families to put the idea in their note. Notes are only shown to you.
- Can a family sign up for more than one day?
- Yes, they can pick several rows at once. Turn on “One sign-up each” if you'd rather spread it around.
- Can I use it for the whole school rather than one class?
- Yes. Raise the counts, or make a row for each class, like “Room 12: Friday lunch”.
