Keep it gentleNotes are off, so nobody writes anything on the sheet but their name.

What helps

Keep the reason off the page entirely. The description can say “visits” without saying why.
Two short visits are kinder than one long one. Say so in the description.
Turn on “Hide other people's names” if they'd rather visitors didn't see who else is coming.
If they need a quiet day, take that row off from your private link. Anyone on it gets an email, if they left an address.
