Band practice scheduling poll
The evening everyone can actually make.
A scheduling poll for a weekly band practice: each member marks the evenings they're usually free, any day of the week, and you see which night suits everyone. Five people with five different calendars, settled in one link.

How to set it up
- Check the nightsIt asks about every evening of the week, 6:00 to 11:00 pm. Take off any night the rehearsal space is booked.
- Send it to the bandPaste the link in the band chat. Nobody needs an account.
- Find the night“Only times everyone can make” shows the nights the whole band is free. A band needs everyone.
- Tell the bandA days-of-the-week poll has no date to lock in. Use “Tell people something” to send the night you chose.
What helps
- Check the rehearsal space's free nights first, and only offer those.
- Half-hour blocks find a practice of any length. A two-hour practice is four blocks in a row with everyone free.
- If one member can't make anything, “Without” shows the best night without them, and whether a sub would work.
- With a free account, a repeating practice lets people say which weeks they're away.

Questions people ask
- Why days of the week rather than dates?
- Because you're after a regular night. Everyone answers “Thursdays at 8:00 pm” rather than one particular Thursday.
- Can I see only the times everyone can make?
- Yes. “Only times everyone can make” above the best times greys out the rest.
- Can I lock in the night?
- Not on a days-of-the-week poll. Close it and tell the band with “Tell people something”.
