What helps

Ask families to bring the player along if sizes need trying on, and say so in the description.
Have a box of spare sizes for swaps. Someone always needs one size up.
Families who can't make any time can say so in their note, and you can arrange another way.
Fifteen minutes with four families each moves about sixteen families an hour, so set the hours from the size of the team.
