Game day snacks sign-up sheet
Who brings snacks to which game.

- Game day snacks
- Layout
- Shifts with a start and an end
- Shifts
- One every Saturday for 8 weeks, from next Saturday, 10:00 am to 11:30 am, with room for one person each.
- Sign-ups
- One each, so nobody can take several.
- Description
- Pick a game to bring snacks and drinks for the team. Something simple is plenty, like orange slices and water. Please check with the coach about allergies on the team first. If your game stops working, use the link in your confirmation email to swap to another.

How to set it up
- Put in the scheduleIt starts with eight Saturdays at 10:00 am. Change each row's date and times to match your games, and add rows if the season is longer.
- Say what to bringPut what works for your team in the description, like fruit and water, and anything the team has to avoid.
- Send the linkShare it at the first practice or in the team chat. Families don't need an account, and “One sign-up each” is on so the games spread around.
- Check the gapsYour private link shows which games are still open. Share the link again a week before any game nobody has taken.
What helps
- Simple wins: orange slices, watermelon, granola bars that are nut-free, and water. Players are hungry, not fussy.
- Ask about allergies on the team before you share it, and put the foods to avoid in the description.
- Families who leave an email get their game in their calendar, with the time, which is the best reminder there is.
- Games get moved. Put the league's schedule address in the description, as plain text, so families can check their game's time before they set off.
Something to send with the link
Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.
Questions people ask
- Can a family take two games?
- Not while “One sign-up each” is on, which this template turns on. Turn it off under “Change how people sign up” if there are more games than families.
- What if a game is rescheduled?
- A row's time is fixed once the sheet exists, because a family has signed up for it. Take the old row off from your private link, which emails the family on it, and add a new one. A row you add has no time on it and goes at the end, so put the date in its name.
- Is it all right for a youth team?
- Yes. Pages for a youth team ask whoever makes them to enter adults' names only, ask parents to keep medical and personal details out of their notes, and load nothing from anybody else's site.
