What else Whenabouts does

  • A reminder the day before, on every plan, to everyone who said yes or maybe and left an email.
  • One question of your own, with the answers kept off the page and in your spreadsheet.
  • “Total room for” closes yes once you're full, while people can still say maybe or no.
  • Asking the people who haven't answered: paste their addresses, and each gets one email.
  • No account needed to make one, and every page works with JavaScript switched off.

When Evite might suit you better

  • You want a designed invitation, with envelopes, stamps, animation or your own artwork. Evite is built around those, and Whenabouts isn't.
  • You'd like a photo gallery for the party afterwards, which Evite offers with Premium.
  • You want guests to count adults and children separately. Evite's party size can split the two.
  • You want to see who has opened the invitation. Evite's free invitations show read receipts when sent to each guest.
